As described from anti-joke.com, an anti joke is:
... Anti Jokes (or Anti Humor) is a type of comedy in which the uses is set up to expect a typical joke setup however the joke ends with such anticlimax that it becomes funny in its own right. The lack of punchline is the punchline.
One of my favourites is simply:
*Me: *Ask me if I'm a truck?
Them: Are you a truck?
In normal circumstances the other participant is expecting a joke, but in return they get a true answer. The joke is that they asked you if they're a truck, which obviously you're not, but for them to have asked makes it funny. See?
