Fed up - time for an SSD

I've already blogged about my MacBook Pro being extremely slow at times and how to repair the startup sequence to improve boot speeds, unfortunately for me those solutions didn't last very long and now I've got fed up with it. I've gone to the root of the problem and purchased a Samsung S30 SSD for my MacBook, if that doesn't fix it, then I think I'm running a lost cause.

On a sidenote I have since tried other things different to the startup sequence post I made. I installed Monolingual which is used to remove any unnecessary language resources from your system. I've left only English on my machine now, and although I freed up 2GB of space, my machine only felt mildly faster plus... it didn't stop the long waiting times I had when lifting the screen up from a sleep.
